Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled rental date are fully refunded, no questions asked.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before your rental date receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental date are non-refundable, as the boat has been held and turned away from other bookings.
If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Captain's discretion.
