Your Safety First

Safety Policy & Guidelines

At ATX Water Rentals, your safety is our top priority. Please review these guidelines before your trip to ensure a fun and secure experience on Lake Travis.

Life Jackets Provided

U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided for every passenger. Children under 13 are required to wear one at all times while underway.

Capacity Limits

Each vessel has a strict maximum capacity set by the manufacturer and Texas law. Overloading is not permitted under any circumstances.

Alcohol & Behavior

Responsible drinking is allowed, but the captain has full authority to end the trip early if any passenger becomes a safety risk. No illegal substances.

Children & Non-Swimmers

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Non-swimmers should inform the captain before departure so extra precautions can be taken.

Weather & Water Conditions

The captain monitors conditions continuously. If weather becomes unsafe, the trip may be shortened or rescheduled at no extra cost to you.

Emergency Equipment

Every boat is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and marine radio. Your captain will brief you on emergency procedures before departure.
